After training in Power Pro Wrestling (PPW), the developmental territory of World Wrestling Federation (WWF), Matt Bloom debuted on WWF television on April 11, 1999 edition of Sunday Night Heat as a fan, who interfered in a match between Big Boss Man and Droz, attacking Boss Man to rescue Droz.
