Biography:
The big man from Japan has entered the WWE as a disaster. His name "Tensai" means disaster. He is not a stranger to the WWE Universe. He has competed in WWE as Albert and A-Train but forgot his customs in Japan and adopted himself into the Japanese culture, making himself Tensai. He initially arrived to the ring by wearing a Japanese outfit alongside his Japanese follower Sakamoto. The big man began a prolific career with an undefeated streak over numerous WWE wrestlers including upset wins over John Cena and CM Punk. He initially made short work of his competitors with an angry and silent gimmick but Tensai changed his ways by taking care of the WWE Universe and forming a dancing team with Brodus Clay called Tons of Funk. They entertain the fans with impressive matches and an impressive dance with The Funkadactyls to the delight of the WWE Universe which has prompted Tensai to earn the nickname of "Sweet T".

World Wrestling Entertainment (2012 - present)
Raw (2012 - present)
After competing in New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) and Pro Wrestling NOAH as Giant Bernard, Matt Bloom signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), marking his return to the company after eight years with a new gimmick of a Japanese man under the ring name Lord Tensai. On April 2, 2012 edition of Raw, Tensai debuted on WWE television as a heel with his follower Sakamato and competed in his first WWE match, defeating Alex Riley. Following his debut, Tensai began an impressive undefeated streak and got upset victories against John Cena and CM Punk.

On June 4 edition of Raw, Tensai's undefeated streak ended as he suffered his first loss in WWE against John Cena. On June 29 edition of SmackDown!, Tensai defeated Justin Gabriel to qualify for the Money in the Bank Ladder match. The following week, on July 3 edition of SmackDown!, Tensai participated in a Battle Royal to determine the SmackDown! General Manager for the next week. Tensai was eliminated by John Cena. Zack Ryder won the Battle Royal. At Money in the Bank, Tensai made his pay-per-view debut as he competed against Dolph Ziggler, Christian, Santino Marella, Cody Rhodes, Sin Cara, Tyson Kidd and Damien Sandow in the 2013 World Heavyweight Championship Money in the Bank Ladder match. Ziggler won the match.

Tensai's success and popularity began to fade with repeated losses. He began to attack his follower Sakamoto after losing his matches to release his anger. At Survivor Series, Tensai was the captain of Team Tensai, consisting of Primo, Epico and Prime Time Players against Brodus Clay's Team Clay, consisting of Rey Mysterio, Sin Cara and International Airstrike in a Survivor Series match. Tensai was eliminated by Justin Gabriel. Team Clay won. Mysterio, Sin Cara and International Airstrike survived the match.

Entering 2013, Tensai participated in his first Royal Rumble match as the #12 entrant at Royal Rumble. He lasted five minutes until he was eliminated by Kofi Kingston. John Cena won the 2013 Royal Rumble. The following night, on January 28 edition of Raw, Tensai was forced to wear lingerie against Brodus Clay in a Dance-Off. On January 30 edition of Main Event, Tensai turned babyface by dancing with Brodus Clay and The Funkadactyls. As a result, Tensai changed himself from the silent and angry monster to the smiling dancer and formed a tag team with Clay called Tons of Funk.

Tons of Funk would usually dance after winning their matches. On June 24 edition of Raw, Tons of Funk competed against The Usos and 3MB in a Triple Threat match to determine the #1 contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship at Money in the Bank. Usos won. On August 12 edition of Raw, Tensai participated in a Battle Royal to determine the #1 contender for the WWE United States Championship at SummerSlam. Rob Van Dam won the Battle Royal.

At the pre-show of Night of Champions, Tons of Funk participated in a Tag Team Turmoil to determine the #1 contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship later in the show. They were eliminated by Real Americans. Prime Time Players won the match. The following night, on September 16 edition of Raw, Tons of Funk competed against The Usos and Real Americans in a Triple Threat Elimination match to determine the #1 contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship. Tons of Funk were eliminated by Real Americans. Usos won the match.
